Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE US SHIPPING on any order of $100+. Free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to become available.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the order is dropped off, any delays or incidents are out of our hands. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at info@parkhopnation.com with your name and order number and we will look into for you!
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@parkhopnation.com
In the event an incorrect address is entered when purchasing a product and associated shipping label is scanned by USPS or UPS for shipment, the client will be responsible for any cost associating with generating a new shipping label to the correct shipping address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since our tees are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns at this time. Please check the sizing chart on the product pages for exact measurements of our tees.
However, if we made a mistake with your order or your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 14 days so we can quickly correct the situation. After 14 days, your order will be ineligible for a return or replacement. For your item to be eligible for a replacement or return, the item must be unworn and unwashed.
